We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Designer/Salesperson to join our dynamic team! This position offers exciting opportunities to create, present, and oversee the development of landscapes for individuals and companies. 

Position Summary: As a Landscape Designer at Salsbery Brothers, you will plan and create outdoor spaces that are fully functional and visually appealing. This role involves a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to develop designs that enhance a property while meeting the needs and wants of clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape design, a keen eye for detail, and strong sales skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate and engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget while maintaining ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
• Conduct thorough site evaluations to identify opportunities or constraints during the design process
• Create an initial design through sketches, drawings, and digital models to present to clients while incorporating client feedback into the planning process
• Develop detailed landscaping plans and estimates 
• Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our services
• Overseeing the project, coordinating with contractors and suppliers while making sure budgets and timelines are met 
• Working closely with our other landscape designers and sales staff, participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall collective goal 

Position Requirements: 

• Proven experience in landscape design and sales 
• Proficient in design software 
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Valid drivers license 

Position Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
